Unprofessional and Incompetent Service

I am extremely disappointed with Elgiganten’s service. Their installation personnel falsely claimed my water valve was calcified and couldn't be turned off. Both a professional plumber I hired and their own second installation team confirmed the valve was fully functional. This error cost me unnecessary expenses, and despite clear evidence, Elgiganten refuses to reimburse me.

Their customer service is appalling, consistently denying any wrongdoing and ignoring the facts. Elgiganten’s lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable provider.
